We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This will be a key standalone digital role within the commercial function, that requires an in-depth knowledge of Programmatic advertising, and the Irish agency landscape.

This is a hybrid role working from home and our Dublin office.

Duties include:

  • Drive digital sales with a focus on programmatic by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within existing and potential agency partners.

  • Hold senior-level relationships with Agency programmatic teams, ensuring that we are championing Reachs digital credentials with a key focus on how 1st party data solutions (CVS) can help their Marketplace & PMP strategy.

  • Partner with Agency Leads across the business to ensure consistency of approach. Support all Agency Leads with technical information and knowledge.

  • Ensure accuracy of digital forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, feeding into Group Sales Director

  • Competent in programmatic delivery including all PG and PMP integrations.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive the demand for programmatic advertising.

  • Take a lead role in filtering information around Reachs digital products and services externally with agencies, but also internally with sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped for sales conversations.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills, supporting the sales team in the effective delivery of sales messages to Advertisers and Agencies.

  • Build strong working relationships with and support all areas of the business including Agency sales, Solutions, Programmatic, Publishing, Finance, Ad Ops, Editorial, and Invention to drive revenues and profitability.

  • Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to guide our overall strategies.

  • Utilise previous campaign data to predict trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights for use in future campaigns.

  • Take responsibility for own personal development, including building of Personal Development Plan, attendance of training & L&D session

  • Attend agency and networking events to represent the company, foster relationships, and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

  • Represent Reach Solutions positively externally and within the wider Reach plc business.

  • Extensive Industry Experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a significant focus on programmatic strategies and execution

  • A high profile in the media or agency landscape with influential and senior relationships across agency digital and trading teams would be advantageous

  • Ability to build relationships with key agency personnel

  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead, influence, and provide expert guidance on programmatic and digital advertising best practices

  • Highly numerate and an excellent commercial thinker

  • Strong working knowledge of the digital ecosystem

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders

  • Team player - Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team

  • High-impact, engaging personality with the energy to effect change and influence outcomes

  • Proactive independent, highly motivated self-starter with an eye for detail

  • An innovative mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve programmatic strategies and outcomes

  • Effective operator, gets things done well and at a good pace

  • Proficient computer skills
